    Tender chicken fried to a golden brown. Served with honey mustard or BBQ sauce.

  • Chicken Wontons - ($9)
    Tender bites of boneless chicken breast wrapped in wonton skin with fresh mango, cheeses, and unique seasonings. Served with sweet Asian chili sauce.

  • Shrimp Spring Rolls - ($10)
    Asian vegetables and seasonings.

  • Coco-Bongo Shrimp - ($11)
    Five gulf shrimp rolled in coconut milk and pineapple juice, tossed with Japanese bread crumbs and shredded coconut, then deep fried to perfection. Served with a raspberry coulis.

  • Bermuda Shrimp - ($12)
    Five gulf shrimp sauteed in an orange rum sauce and capers, then tossed with island rice and sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes, wrapped in light and flaky rice paper with tender shrimp. Served with soy sauce.
